Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday Anna Maria aka 'Nanna Anna' haha!

Have a wonderful birthday and we will see you tonight for Dinner! Hopefully Cami Grace can stay awake for the whole meal (see last post to be in the loop) haha

An early night

Camden had just finished the bulk of her dinner which consisted of green beans, puffs, and a little peach cobbler when I went to check on our dinner. Adam came back in from the grill and caught my attention just in time for me to grab the camera. The peanut was soo tired and just couldnt fight off sleep any longer. She passed out, sound asleep with food all over her as you can see in the pics below. She was so darn cute though, especially because she didnt wake up till this morning :-) Green beans are even in her nose. Thankfully I managed to clean her up a little before she went to bed.

Hilarious

Its Showtime & the best toys ever

Camden has many many toys surronding her at all times, however she goes for tupperware and her all time favorite plastic placemats! here she is sound asleep with her Gpa Walz but still has her two placemats in a death grip. Who knew placemats would be the best toy ever!

One happy couple!

One Happy Family

Camden was massaging her gums with her tounge, it was absolutely hilarious, here is a pic

Grandpa and Camden
Love that tupperware

here are the posted videos are of Camdens first real crawling activity, if you look closely you can see that she is chasing a blackberry cell phone.... oh jeez I hope this isnt an omen for the future (talkative girls and cell phones are an expensive combo)

She's on the move

What a week in the past 7 days or so Camden has said her first 'word'- dada, sprouted her first tooth and is now crawling! As determined as Cami Wami already is I am excited and terrified to see how are lives are going to change now that Camden is mobile. I thought our house was pretty dog / baby proof, but now that I take a closer look I am picturing our house in shambles in a matter of minutes at the hands of our little adventurer. Hopefully I uploaded the video correctly so you can see the Cami Wami in action.

well something screwed up with the video, once I figure it out it will be up with some more pics

Every little girl loves her Daddy!

A couple super cute pics

This duck is soo intriguing, especially to a little guy named MONGO

No duckie for Mongo, he decided to go for camden instead... haha if you look close enough you can see mongo's tounge covering Camden's face, gross!

Getting ready for a night time bottle Camden just couldnt wait and passed out on Adam.

Yesterday Camden said her first "word"

Drum roll please...

She said " DA DA" I now have no doubt that we have a daddy's little girl for sure!

I came to pick up Camden from her Grandma and Grandpa's house and Anna Maria said that she heard Camden say "DaDa" today. I just thought aww how cute, thinking no way to myself. Later at dinner, Adam joined us mid meal, we pointed to Adam and said Da Da and then looked at Camden who fittingly slammed her hands down on her high chair tray, looked straight at her daddy and said "Da da" with authority! We a looked at each other, stunned, and then celebrated ! I think we almost scared her with our excitement!
Side Note: the pot is still open for Camden's first real word, there is a large sum of money on "Mongo" and for her first sentence "Mongo NO"

Its hard to believe...

Just 7 short months ago Camden came into our lives on Nov 28 and blessed in ways we could never imagine...

And now we have a healthy, beautiful "Toddler in Training"

7 Months 2weeks and counting...

A busy July... and its only the 12th

A couple fun shots before the typing begins: Camden is no fond of hats, or really anything on her head. here she is after bath time trying to get the towel off her head ASAP Ready for anything!

July is a time of celebration at the Horseman house.

A quick recap from last blog, Yes Camden slept the whole night until 7am! I was so surprised, but she did guzzle her morning bottle the following morning.

The 4th of July was a blast! We first went to a 4th part at Angie Franklin's parents house with the Franklin's of course and the Bradford's. We had a delicious cookout with too many options to choose from and then I helped fill up water balloons which took about 30 min for the kids who took all of 5 mins to go through at least 50 balloons! It was well worth it though. After the party we headed to Adam's parents house for another 4th of July cookout with his family, Aunts, Uncles, cousins... it was nice to see everyone and especially nice for all to see Camden. Camden was wonderful the whole day, despite how busy it was, she was in bed by 730 though! Adam and I watched the fireworks from the backyard and finally called it a night!

July 8th was Adam's Birthday Happy 27! We had birthday dinner at his Grandmas house and then went out with his parents the following day... birthdays are more of a week long celebration as opposed to the traditional one day here in the OH.

Last night Adam went to the Govt Mule concert at The Fraze outdoor concert arena and I called it an early night with the peanut at home.

Today we had a great time and went swimming at Anna Maria's neighbors house, then stayed for an awesome dinner get together. Camden loves to swim and we love it even more because she usually takes at leat a 90 min nap afterwards! YES!! Gosh I love exercise! haha!

Lots of pics to come, got to get them from Anna Maria's camera since I didnt have Stephanie here to be my official picture taker! :-)
