We have created a monkey

quality time with her daddy! That usually ends up in Camden laughing hysterically at Adam. Last week Camden discovered an awesome new toy, the Remote! She is absolutely fascinated by the remote control for the TV. As soon as I or Adam pick it up and she catches a glimpse she is locked on, with one misson and one mission only, to get the remote. She will change channels, volume, turn the tv on and off... The determination she gets once she realizes the remote exists and is within reach is absolutely hilarious. She never gets upset just very determined.
Ahh success, the sweet taste of victory, yum.

Camden is now able to sit up by herself for a pretty good amount of time. But this was her a week or so ago before she really got the hang of the whole sitting thing. Its a monkey, haha

So cute, the missing link for humanity.

Happy Aniversary

Today is my parents 25th Anniversary! Congratulations mom and dad, I love you both very much and can not wait to see you in June!

Enjoy the evening and celebrate!

We love you,
Kate, Adam and Camden

Sunny days and Mother's Day

One day she will learn that she has more room for stretching out if she slept the other directions, haha
Hi Daddy!

One stylish kid! Hello Hollywood!

I am back for a long over due blog post. Ever since the weather finally took a turn for the best I have been outside with the Peanut whenever possible. Camden loves being outside, the fresh air just soothes her and eventually puts her to sleep... every time. I have been making good use of my jogging stroller with all the beautiful and sunny days we have had lately. Camden is doing wonderful she had an ear and sinus infection about 2 weeks ago, but now she is 100 percent all better! I didnt even know she had an ear infection until I noticed a continuous flow of green goo coming out of her ear... gross! I thought it may have been loose watered down ear wax (bath water in her ear or something) so I thought nothing of it for a day and a half or so and finally I called the nurse just to see what I could clean her ear out with when the Dr.'s office scheduled me for an appt one hour later... Can you say 1st time parent! haha! Aside from the ear infection, Camden is doing wonderful, her personality is blossoming. She loves to babble and laugh and squeal, it is hilarious to watch her have conversations with herself. She is now 5 and half months old and growing like a weed.

Last Sunday was Mothers Day, my first one! It was great, even though nothing extravagent or crazy happened it was just a different day, I felt just a little bit lighter, happier and more speciatl the whole day. It also gave me an even better appreciation for all the mom's in my life! Love you Mommo and I cant wait to see you in June for Gator Football Camp! Adam and Camden surprised me with a cute Moms Day gift. Camden woke up about 730 and Adam went to get her, when I heard "Oh no, what did you do Camden!" I, pretending to be asleep, hear this on the monitor and mumble a combo of "oh crap, what did she do and do you need me" as I made my way to see the damage. As I walked in her room, everything was fine and there was a present waiting for me! Cami and Adam pulled a fast one on me! I got a beautiful necklace, a Target GC and my favorite...SOCKS! (since socks are a hot commodity in this house with Mongo the sock thief, I truly appreciated this gift, really I did... b/c of Mongo I have no matching pairs left).

Adam only has a couple weeks left of baseball season with WSU. My sister is also coming in town on May 23 and is staying with us for a couple weeks. I cant wait!!
